My Visitors

The My Visitors section allows employees and hosts to view visitors who have been registered by the reception team to meet them.

1 Purpose

Whenever reception checks in a visitor to meet a particular employee, the visitor's details appear in that employee's My Visitors section. The employee is also notified about the visitor's arrival.

2 How It Works

1. Log in to the ERPCA portal using your credentials.

2. Navigate to Utilties-Visitor Desk → My Visitors.

3. View the list of visitors registered to meet you.

4. When reception checks in a visitor and selects you as the host, the visitor's information appears in this section.

5. You receive a notification informing you of the visitor's arrival.

3 No Visitors Yet

If the screen displays “No visitors yet”, it means there are currently no visitor records available in this section.

Once reception checks in a visitor to meet you, the visitor's details will appear here.
